Christmas Items & Most Valuable Pirate

I have been working on some Christmas activities...some are free & some you need to check out at TpT.  This is my unit of Christmas Fun.  Click here to check it out.  It includes a 7 day study of the Polar Express Around the World.  Has a passport application, book ideas, while traveling to countries like Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Japan all while learning about how they spend Christmas.  Also many center activities & game boards to use to play games in your class.

Math Tub/Center-  Measure three different trees, trees included in unit.

Gameboard to practice saying numbers & number words...roll the dice, move that many spots & say the number you land on.  If you get it wrong, move back to start!

Here is our MVP (Most Valuable Pirate) for this week.  He was being a Super Scientist....he made a volcano blow up!!!!

It fizzled over....all the ooohhh & aaahhhh's!!!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend...we are off to see Santa & chop down our Christmas Tree.  'Tis the season to be Jolly, along with so much stuff to do!!!!!  But I love it:)  I'll be back next week with pictures of our Math tubs for December....great ideas!!!!
